About Us

ISCG was founded in July 2001 by Debra Powell, Gordon Ho and Bill Fitzpatrick to provide exceptional sales through customer service to business customers throughout the Kansas City area. In response to customer requests for in store service, ISCG opened its first location in May of 2002. A second location was opened in November of 2003 at the request of Nextel to service downtown Kansas City and north of the river. Due to a lack of Nextel service and repair in the Olathe area, in September of 2005, ISCG opened a location in Olathe to support customers in that area.

Employees of ISCG have over 60 years of combined wireless sales, service, and account management experience. Current clients include all ranges from Fortune 500 companies and it subsidiaries, numerous Local and State Government agencies, to hundreds of small, medium sized businesses in the KC metro area.

As a Sprint Nextel Preferred Business Partner, our business clients benefit greatly by our experience, knowledge, and resources with our national Sprint Nextel contacts. We have created our own team of Sprint Nextel National Account Managers, Strategic Care Specialists, Corporate Trainer, and Mobile Service Specialist to manage your business account as an outsourced team.
